purpose and commitment
The purpose of this Human Rights policy is to lay down the Exellyn’s (our) standpoints and activities in relation to human rights. It outlines our commitment to uphold and respect internationally recognised human rights. Exellyn encourages business partners in the value chain to uphold the same values and practices regarding human rights.
We strive to act in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the applicable EU and Dutch labour laws and legislation.
We are committed to ethical business conduct.
scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, business partners and other parties directly linked to the operations, products and services of Exellyn. This policy is supported by our Supplier Code of Conduct.

child labour, forced labour, slavery and human trafficking
Exellyn does not tolerate child labour, any forms of forced or compulsory labour, slavery and human trafficking within our own operations and our value chain.
All work must be performed on a voluntary basis, and workers must be free to terminate their employment with reasonable and legally defined notice.
Employment must not occur under the legal minimum age of employment in the applicable country or jurisdiction. The prohibition includes but is not limited to involuntary prison labour, bonded labour, and work performed under threat of coercion or penalty.
We seek to work with suppliers and partners that adhere to the applicable anti-slavery and human-trafficking laws, identify any potential risks, and mitigate such risks.

We firmly believe that adequate provisions for health and safety are essential to working life and that all our employees must benefit from a safe working environment. We are committed to ensuring that all employees working within our operations can perform their work in a safe and healthy environment. In our Occupational health & safety plan we outline practicalities to keep the working environment safe. We abide by all applicable health and safety regulations in our office locations. We continuously work towards reducing any risks of illness and avoiding any workplace accidents.
We expect our suppliers and partners to provide safe, clean and healthy workplace that complies with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations, and to provide appropriate health and safety training and implement emergency preparedness measures relevant to their operations. They are also expected to implement appropriate measures to prevent accidents and injuries during work, and to address potential risks in the workplace. We seek to work with suppliers and partners that share our commitment to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of workers.
We are committed to managing working hours for all employees and contractors responsibly and respecting all relevant legislation on working hours and time-off. All our employees are entitled to sufficient rest time and paid vacation. Our Employment policy outlines the accepted hours of work, overtime conditions, sick leave, vacation, time-off as well as physical and mental health. We are also committed to working with our partners to ensure they implement mechanisms to ensure adequate working hours, rest periods and public holidays.
Exellyn believes in equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender or background. We respect the statutory minimum wage levels and strive to ensure that all our employees are appropriately remunerated and rewarded for their performance. We promote fair compensation practices and seek to work with suppliers and partners that respect applicable wage and remuneration requirements.

We respect the employees' right to freely form and join trade unions, engage in collective bargaining, and exercise the right to strike, in line with applicable national and international law.
grievance & reporting mechanisms
Reporting: We are committed to maintaining an ethical and transparent work environment where employees feel empowered to speak up about any misconduct without fear of retaliation. Employees, suppliers, partners and other external stakeholders of Exellyn may report concerns safely through the company’s channels. Whistleblower policy outlines our approach to ensuring that all internal concerns regarding human rights violations, illegal, unethical, or inappropriate behaviour can be reported safely and confidentially. External parties may use the channels outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
All stakeholders of the Infinite Group are offered the option to report anonymously, and all disclosures are being treated confidentially.
No retaliation: Exellyn does not retaliate or allow retaliation against anyone who reports a potential violation.
Investigation and remediation: All employees, management of Exellyn and external parties are required to report any integrity violations or incidents occurring in relation to the company’s operations. Any violations of law or policy that the company causes or contributes to will be remedied in good faith through legitimate processes.

Exellyn incorporates human rights considerations into its supplier evaluation process and will continuously advance its approach to Human Rights Due Diligence given the evolving regulatory landscape.
